Easier than you think ... With the new airport opened in 2000, the number of visitors to Bilbao is constantly growing. Next to the standard airlines, a high number of low-cost airlines are also flying to Bilbao, from international destinations. And most importantly, IBERIA, Official Carrier, is offering discounted flights - see below for details.
Furthermore, the taxi ride from the airport to the city center or forum venues is only about 15 minutes. Once in the city, all venues – Welcome Reception at the Guggenheim, Forum and Gala Dinner at the Euskalduna Conference Center – are in walking distance.
