THE CONDUCTOR'S PERSPECTIVE
For those in leadership, conducting is in a way part of their everyday life. "The Conductor's Perspective" literally translates this into the world of the conductor and his orchestra. The conductor is responsible for the performance of his team without actually contributing operatively to the outcome. The conductor is the only musician who does not play a single note. At the same time, he is leading highly talented experts, with skills he himself does not possess, in a highly inflexible organisational structure. All the more, it is a question of attitude, how the conductor sees and fills his role - regardless of the external conditions. How can he be effective and how does he contribute to added value? How can he achieve that the musicians are making music together instead of playing their notes only?

We have known it for decades from science fiction: Robots and artificial intelligence are topics rich in fascination. At the same time, they are a source of uncertainty and apprehension. Now that we are faced with a growing number of autonomous technologies in both industrial and social areas, we have to ask important questions. How to use these new and strong tools in beneficial ways? How to make cooperation between humans and machines possible? How to design robots to be agreeable? PERSONAL BRAND OF EMPLOYEES : FRAGMENTATION OR MULTIPLICATION?
Brands are not a thing only for big organisations with huge marketing budgets anymore. Many people more or less actively create and manage their own personal brand - especially in social media. And this overlaps with company brands. A good example: the CEO of T-Mobile US has 5.5 million followers on Twitter, the official page of the company 1. Every time, an employee makes a public appearance, this adding a little to their own personal brand, they add a little piece to the picture of the organisation. These appearances can be in a professional context, as in presentations or on fairs or by taking part in sport events or even on private social media accounts. Excellent people want to work not only for excellent organisations. They want to work for and with excellent people. People become more and more important, they are more trustworthy than marketing statements. With all these individually managed brands forming an image, can you still actively shape the organisation's brand to support the organisation's strategy?
